Yes! We offer customisation options on most PCs. If there’s something you’d like that isn’t listed, just contact us directly and we can usually accommodate most requests.

We have a standard build time and delivery in the UK of 7-11 Working Days or 3-5 Working Days for express build time. PCs that require more customisation may take longer. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your PC is dispatched.

Yes, all our PCs come pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro and fully activated. We also ensure drivers are installed and everything is ready for you to use out of the box.
What is included in my Warranty?

All our Custom PCs by default come with 3 years warranty. This includes parts and labour. You can also upgrade to 5 years warranty. Our warranty includes all hardware issues relating to the machine. If there is any faults, we will attempt to solve this remotely and if needed get the PC collected and back to base for repair.

Our warranty doesn't include any software issues. When the PC system leaves us, it is fully stress tested on a fresh install of Windows and full working with all relevant drivers installed. Software that is installed on the system after is not under our control. You can purchase support regarding software.

Yes of course! If you contact us letting us know which PC you'd like, we can offer a discount removing our time to build the PC. We can then ship out the parts invidiually to you.
