After shopping around for a while to find my perfect build for the budget I had, DirectComputers did not disappoint, this PC is everything I had wanted and more, couldn't recommend enough! 10/10!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to make an exception here. From my initial query through to purchase and delivery, the service has been fantastic, and I’m very pleased with my custom rig. There was a slight hiccup due to a miscommunication on requirements, and a minor issue on delivery caused by a power cable coming loose in transit — but both were resolved swiftly and professionally. Special kudos to George, whose helpful guidance over a video call quickly identified and fixed the loose connection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout. It’s rare I find a company truly deserving of a top-mark review, but this is one of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll be a returning customer when the need arises.
I had been phoning around a few places requiring a specific build. Direct Computers were the most helpful and willing to spend time on the phone explaining how my requirements would be met. In the timescale promised I received a well packed, fully functional PC. It is fast, quiet and great value for money. Overall though it is the customer service that would have me returning more than the price. It is a service worth paying for. To the team there, keep up the good work.
Great computer
I bought the computer for my son young adult with ASD. Direct Computers were great responding to additional questions and updating on delivery dates which helped with the anxiety my son was feeling about this new purchase.
Changed some small things before ordering, really easy to do. PC does everything I want to so far and feels like a big step up from my console. Would definitely recommend.

Thrilled with my new gaming PC very sleek, plays all the games id like to play and Direct Computers themselves were incredibly helpful helping me sort the pc as the graphics card came abit loose during transit but they gave me a video call to help me through the issue and once sorted eveything was working :D

Had been looking for a Gaming PC for myself for a while had issues with delivery's back and forth eventually saw a advertisement on Instagram for Direct Computers
done my research on them saw what they were offering PC had the specs I wanted so went ahead and bought it had a question about shipping and how sent a email they replied really fast after that about a week later get email my pc shipped out got the PC next day 9th July case had a part that was damaged thought that's it minor compared to the other PC I'd had to return due to them getting damaged in transit had other issues most of which weren't even issues to be honest phoned then emailed them too got call back Thursday from George dude was really helpful and sorted out my issue with the case fans not working he knew what was wrong literally WhatsApp video calls me talks me throught what i needed and to do also explained the other stuff that i thought where issues but weren't so yep Thanks George reduced my stress with that overall I'm really happy with my new Gaming PC 100% customer service has been the best I've experienced recently if you need a PC I Definitely recommend Direct Computers cheers

I recently bought this pc and I am very happy with its performance, appearance as well as the customer service that was bestowed upon me. I was taken care of extremely well and nicely anytime I had a question and I am very appreciative, overall 10/10 would buy again i just need to figure out how to change the colour of all the components
