Really couldn’t ask for a better service delivery and build time was within the stated times. And what can I say wow the pc is better than I thought (I used to build them) my son is over the moon and it plays everything he needs.

Bought this as it was compatible with my TP link extenders, but have not had any success in setting up the mesh facility. The Router has the mesh switch in the on position in the set up, but when I put the mesh switch on in the extender it says mesh is not on on the router.
Searched for weeks after finally agreeing to my 14 yr old daughter having a gaming pc. I honestly didn't know anything about them.
Via email got information from Joshua and gave him details of what we needed and he recommended a bundle that would meet needs of study first and gaming if required on a beginner level. Bundle is great and I would definitely recommend Directcomputers
I normally hesitate buying PC components from companies I don’t know but I decided to take a chance on these guys and I can’t express how great it was. They had the part I was looking for and I also saw that they do a price match which I didn’t even need to use as they had it the cheapest price I had seen. Also the shipping was so fast. I thought I’d be waiting five days or more as I normally do but it arrived two days after it had been shipped. Probably my go to website if I need anymore parts again.
Very glad of my new pc will be buying another one soon for the new 50 series

I put the order through over the phone (very nice chap at the other end) and received the desktop sooner than expected: he said he would try to get it to me asap and did. It is working perfectly and pretty much plug n play. So all good.

My new laptop was available for dispatch wihin a short time. Because I was local, I didn't need delivery and I was able to take my old laptop to Direct computers. They cloned my existing laptop and the new laptop was a duplicate but much faster and without the issues I was having with my old laptop. Great service. Highly recommended.

Product shipped promptly and in great condition. Unfortunately I could not get this data center grade optane ssd to work with an optane compatible consumer motherboard, though this is my fault and not the sellers. This SSD will have better luck working in a Xeon server.
10/10 would buy stuff from this seller again.

I bought this from Direct Computers after realising cheaper sellers were reselling corporate keys. Bought both a 2019 and 2021. Genuine product keys. Installed without any issue. Online chat help was first class.
The product was absolutely amazing just the delivery box and outer box was damaged
