After a exhausting research to for a good gaming laptop, I decided on this beast. Granted I've only had it for a week but I have built my own rigs and I can honestly say this was a steal at the price. No matter what AAA game I throw at it, it handles all with ease. Direct Computers are a great company to purchase from as they are very prompt and give you a fantastic update on the delivery.

This is my first curved screen monitor, so wasn't too sure what to expect. Although I've only had it up and running for a week, I have to say it meets all my expectations.
Overall this monitor is excellent with good resolution, lovely blacks and meets my needs for gaming.

Mis sold it iMHO, has Long range in the name which suggests it’s a U6-LR which has double the streams of the u6+ that it actually is. Could have bought it cheaper elsewhere and for free next day delivery. Their response as well was to blame a partner instead of taking responsibility. Won’t be using again
Direct Computers were excellent from start to finish. I am very happy with the ordering and delivery process. Set up was quite easy.
One criticism is that I ordered a PC with ethernet access as opposed to wifi but there was no ethernet cable included. Luckily I had a spare old ethernet cable so this has not caused a problem.

Had to hastily replace my failed 10-year-old Windows 10 PC, and came across Direct Computers while searching for a local outfit. Had a useful pre-order chat with them about monitor compatibility, and they kindly threw in a couple of conversion cables. Was pleased to see Windows 10 Pro being offered, and I added extra memory, HDD, and keyboard/mouse to the spec.
Delivery took a little longer than I'd anticipated (work load, graphics card issue) but all was explained to me.Installation was painless - the box just worked. I suppose my one whinge would be that I'm damn sure I had Windows 10 Pro on my order, but it turned out to have 11 Pro! I'll learn to live with it :)
Does the job and does it well. Haven't had any connection issues and continuously stable. Only thing I didn't realise was that the Bluetooth function needs the card to be connected to the motherboard with a USB header (cable included).

Following my PC dying, Direct Computers identified the issue as the graphics card, it was promptly replaced and I ended up having my processor replaced while they were at it. Great service, great price, fast turnaround.
