If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
If required we can arrange collection using our courier, who can collect from most areas of the United Kingdom. Price is subject to weight and value. You will be liable for any damages in transit as a result of incorrect packaging

If the goods supplied to you are incomplete/incorrect or physically damaged, then you should notify us via email or phone by informing us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us with 48 hours of receipt will result in the determination that any physical damage occurred whilst in your care and that the goods were supplied correctly and in full.
If you suspect that the Goods are faulty and wish to return them you must contact us within 48 hours of discovering the fault and submit a return form via our website. Failure to inform us may impact your rights to a refund. If you are buying as a gift, we highly recommend opening and checking the contents before giving as a gift just in case your order has experienced damage in transit. We will examine the returned product and if you are entitled, we will notify you of your options (which may be to either repair, replace or refund) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process a repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you confirm whether you opt for repair or replacement, or within 14 days of the day you opt for a refund for the defective Product.
Unless there is a manufacture fault, returns of PCs will not be accepted past the 30 day period for issues that are to be expected, such as: coil whine or noise from fans.
For refunds, we will make the reimbursement as soon as possible.
For any returns due to damage or suspected faults, we will arrange for collection at our cost within the first month after receipt or as extended by your warranty provision. Should the product be found not defective then you will be liable for the costs of collection, re-delivery, labour and new packaging if required. We do not offer a collection for orders delivered to outside of the UK.
Where collections are arranged by us, you still have a duty of care to ensure the products are packaged sufficiently, for the type and value of goods being returned. Due to the nature of the goods supplied, we require the original packaging to be used. If original packaging is not available, you may use your own packaging subject to approval by our shipping team. Where you use your own packaging, liability for the cost of repairing damage resulting from inadequate packaging rests with you. We will only confirm that the item has arrived back to us in a satisfactory condition once we have opened and inspected the item.
When you return goods using your own delivery method, where goods are found to be defective we will refund up to £10 of the cost incurred by you. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs.
When returning goods under the 14 day cooling off period, if the goods are not in a re-saleable condition or if the goods have been unnecessarily handled we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the condition.
Consumers have the statutory warranty rights for goods at their disposal.
Returns/cancellations and after sales policy
If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 30 days after delivery. Following ‘The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations’, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund if:
You inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods.
The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition
Returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories.
You can examine the goods as you would in a shop, but you must not have used or installed them or input any data on them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them. Software packaging discs must still be sealed. In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of a digital download, the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. If you consent to a digital download starting within the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge the right to cancel will be lost, you will not be able to request a refund.
If your machine is Hardware banned, this would immediately void the warranty on your machine. As this process cannot be undone, you would be required to pay for the replacement parts. In some cases it can be multiple parts that are banned, including memory, storage, motherboard and more. WE DO NOT SUPPORT CHEATERS!
For all Trade In's we do not accept returns or refunds. This is due to the product that is traded in to be used for other means, value being since depreciated and therefore is immediately void from returns or refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
