I am very satisfied with my experience with my new Purchase. I am new to PC as I have move used different platforms for years. Joshua made the transition smoothly by explaining everything in a knowledgeable yet simple way.
I did have a few issues with WiFi but that was distance from router to PC but this was sorted out strait away and Joshua sent out an another PCI-E card and the issue was solved. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again for the seamless experience.

This is the first time I have bought a gaming pc, so decided to upgrade a lot of the components to future proof it, after doing tons research. I was pretty excited about receiving it and ive had if for a well and all i’ll say is, its way beyond what I expected, and runs so well on even some demanding games. I'd definitely recommend Direct computers to anyone to look into getting into PC Gaming. If I ever need to upgrade anything, I'd definitely be going to Direct Computers.

I’ve looked at a a few PC gaming sites so why did I pick this site reviews? I picked this because the reviews were absolutely fantastic and I felt confident that I would find what I wanted there.
So let’s talk about Joshua In sales I sent to my message on his website asking I was interested in this particular model and I was thinking of another one too. He recommended the one I’m using is a bit cheaper but it’s a lot better. Some of the components were better.
I asked if I could add more Rams to the computer and some more storage and he had no problem whatsoever so after I bought it, I did that onto it. It’s really good that you can actually add more whenever you feel like it.
You can also pick what do you want it sent a time scale so that’s your choice again

It arrived on time. I just had a couple of minor problems again one email to the Company Joshua got it in hand. I was contacted by there specialist for computers. He looked at it found out what the problem navigated me on how to fix it I was a bit nervous but I got it done fantastic absolutely fantastic
Got in touch with him later he took control of my PC. It was amazing watching someone going round your hardware finding upgrades. I hadn’t done. as I not really knowledgeable yet
Astonishing again above and beyond as I keep saying he didn’t have to do it at 5 pm as he finishes but he stayed on. I was quite happy to wait till the following morning and he said no let’s get it done now. I’m here.
I got another message this morning asking me was everything okay? Is it working? Okay?
That’s the kind of company you’re dealing with customers come first and you can see that I’m very happy. I’m always use them again.

The PC is so quiet and it’s stunning to Look at very much an eye catcherIf I want to upgrades in the future that’s available it’s got everything at your doorstep. I do recommend them. The quality of the pc is A1 for the pricing. Only issue was with delivery time however that is no fault to the builders and they even compensated for the delay with free upgrades. Couldn’t recommend them more
