Good price and fast delivery
Wanted a pair of wired AUX earphones for whatever reason and to use with my laptop. Looking around these seemed like they are a good price for a reliable quality for people other than audiophiles.
Saves having to mess with the bluetooth between my phone and computer. They're good so far, the audio is way better than the laptop speakers and I think a bit better than my wireless, from the computer at least. The fins are really nice too, they feel like they help a lot in keeping them in my ears.
Really happy with the build
I had a problem with an other produce,NZXT Water cooler. I contacted NZXT, they suggested that I destroy the unit before replacment. Not a good idea to me. Contacted Direct Computers and was given a replacement. I asked for this one and it and not a NZXT unit. This one works without any problems. Could not ask for more.
DPD misplaced the computer and then only delivered it after they were told they would have to buy a replacement. Direct Computers customer service were excellent.

Daughter absolutely loves this PC and the guys here are so helpful. They dint ignore you once you have bought something, they are there even after delivery. Best PC purchase I've ever made

Easy enough to fit in - cable position needed adjusting somewhat compared to original battery. So far works well with no issues identified.

The pc runs amazingly , cannot fault the support with some queries I had.
However this has been shipped without the 3 top fans working ( will be checking the wiring ) this also includes the led’s for the remaining fans except the cpu cooler.
Windows seemed to be installed incorrectly,so I had to reinstall it to get the latest update.
Other than the above, all is great.
This speaker system is awesome the bass and the sound is quality.
Really well priced, fast delivery, expertly built.
Runs like a dream, my daughter is going love this for Christmas.

I ordered my PC online and it was easy to do on their website. I wanted to add upgrades and emailed them they got back to me at 8.30am and confirmed this and went through it all with me it was so easy. Then I added more upgrades to my original order and customer service did it with no problems. I recommend this company. Great prices and fantastic customer service. They even added a few extras that were essential to my build for free!! I used AWD IT last PC I bought and they were OK but when I took PC apart to add new processor I realised the work they did was not great. That is the reason I shopped around and I’m glad I did. This is the second software I have purchased from Direct Computers. Price is very good. Both purchases needed some help installing (and I'm an IT software consultant!). The support was fantastic and got my software up and running. All good.
