Was instrested in purchasing a steam machine and after doing some research found out I could get a pc with the steam os installed I reach out to direct computers to see if this is something that could be done and a lad called josh talked me through it and went through it with me. Overall very happy with the service and no issues with my pc I'm sure if anything comes up I'd get help from the team as they where quick to respond to any questions and queries I had. Having gathered up all my CDs , none of which still had cases, I bought a pack of paper cases to protect them. Perfect and space saving!

Lovely onlu tiong bad is that graphics card came septetsly but was easy to fix also if you buy virus protection check if its installed casue my build never had it and have to ask manually
Wish I had got this before RAMagedon as I couldve got better specs for the same price, but alas.
This build is substantial enough though for general gaming.
Biggest issue I had is it shipped with fans set too 90-100% so it sounded like a jet engine, thankfully fixable.
Had a few corrupt windows files issues, but could've simply been during updates but again fixable.
Takes time to ship so be prepared to be patient.
Love this little fan! Strongly built and SO quiet! Quite powerful if you turn it up. At low speeds, which was enough for me, the battery lasts ages. I've used it for several days and not recharged yet.

We're very happy with this purchase. The hardware performs very well. Direct Computers installed the OS, which helped a lot at the start, and the service and assistance following that has been excellent. Would certainly recommend them.
Getting the OEM license saved me loads of money compared to buying direct from Microsoft. Order process was slick and I had my product key within minutes.
Case came promptly and in good packaging. Despite the lower price, the quality was definitely not lacking: proper screw-in PCI-E shields none of that bendy metal nonsense. Built to work with pretty much all components in a tight form factor (even though I accidentally bought the wrong size psu 😬).

This DCG RIFT is 10/10 I had the DDR5 RAM upgraded to 32GB and added 4TB, I bought it because I've not long started Sim Racing and started on my Xbox but soon realised I need a PC 😄 I've been on console for 20+ years and never owned a PC yep this is my first, I spent about a week researching what PC do I need for Sim Racing and looked at all the site's PC Specialist, Overclockers and a couple of others like DC and decided that's where I'm buying my first PC from, I only had one concern and it was from a customer stating about the fans so I got in touch with direct computers and within 5 minutes Joshua one of the managers replied back to me letting me know the DCG RIFT PC case has been changed to the one on the site DeepCool CG530 4F Mid-Tower Case and new power supply, that's what I wanted to hear so I new there and then the DCG Rift is the one for me, I did ask about build time because it wasn't straight off the shelf I upgrades and Joshua said upto 11 working days and I received on the 10th working day plug her and she booted up straight away, windows 11 Pro was already installed and Activated so that saved me time, I felt like a kid at Christmas 😄 a couple of days before it arrived I setup my Steam account and bought Assetto Corsa ultimate edition, Assetto Corsa Competizion, LMU, rFactor 2 and Automobilista 2 with Digital Keys that is, I wasn't paying steam prices but ye she had a lot to install it arrived on Wednesday and I finally put her to sleep Sunday night it's perfect I couldn't of picked a better PC for the price money well spent the tech lads have built a excellent PC 👌 10/10 would definitely recommend 100% 👍

I was cautious about buying a PC tower online and from a company not close to me. Direct Computers were excellent. Configuration of what I wanted was easy. The build was fast, the delivery process was easily trackable and my PC arrived early
This is my first gaming PC and after sending my requirements to over a dozen companies (including PC Specialist and CyberPower Systems), I chose to purchase from Direct Computers. Communication with Joshua was excellent with him detailing his recommendation in relation to my requirements. He was also very helpful in answering my follow up questions.

Brilliant Service from start to finish. Added all the extra bits my son would need like a wi fi card and it's all been easy to set up. Will definitely be going back for upgrades and servicing. Josh in particular really made a complicated process easy, from only buying consoles previously gaming PCs were a new world but Josh answered all the questions and gave us the best fit.
