I was cautious about buying a PC tower online and from a company not close to me. Direct Computers were excellent. Configuration of what I wanted was easy. The build was fast, the delivery process was easily trackable and my PC arrived early
This is my first gaming PC and after sending my requirements to over a dozen companies (including PC Specialist and CyberPower Systems), I chose to purchase from Direct Computers. Communication with Joshua was excellent with him detailing his recommendation in relation to my requirements. He was also very helpful in answering my follow up questions.
The PC arrived well packaged and was easy to set up and get going. Runs extremely well. Very pleased.

I was met by Joshua who was very helpful and explained all the tricky bits in language I could understand. Direct Computers were so helpful and professional that I placed an order for a new computer there and then.
After I had collected my new computer I had an issue with Google Chrome. I spoke to Joshua on the phone and he spent some considerable time fixing the issues. At no point was I made to feel that I was wasting their their time.
I will recommend Direct Computers every opportunity I get.
Brilliant Service from start to finish. Added all the extra bits my son would need like a wi fi card and it's all been easy to set up. Will definitely be going back for upgrades and servicing. Josh in particular really made a complicated process easy, from only buying consoles previously gaming PCs were a new world but Josh answered all the questions and gave us the best fit. My new PC is brilliant. It is very fast and slick. I use it for work and it is amazing at handling several programmes open at the same time, it transformed my life. Loved this magical product for hooking two monitors up to my laptop. The clouds parted when plugging this in as it was not an easy connection to find. I did a long and hard web search.

Excellent communication with the team, product arrived in good order - even though DPS man did not ring door bell or chap on the door, package left on door step.

Pros: good gpu cpu combo the cpu might be a bit to high but thats not a bad thing.
Con: fans are loud
Fan config on mine was bad on arrival (3 exhust 0 intake)
Bad psu it won't blow up but its definitely not good.
But all in all I just brought new fans for it and I do like the pc the customer support is also good so I would recommend it.
After a few teething problems due to carrier mishandling we decided to take a trip to the business address whereupon all misgivings were rectified in a professional and timely manner.. we would not hesitate in recommending this company and certainly would do business with them in the future.

Just as described and really safely packaged i can play almost ALL my favourite games on it. Shipping took a while but not too bad
Absolutely love this PC 🙂 It runs really nice and cool, and I have rarely seen it go above 75°C, if ever. I honestly do not think I have ever seen it pass that, even while playing games like Black Ops 7, Apex Legends and similar games.
The cooler was upgraded from the one stated in the listing to a DeepCool dual tower cooler, which is a much better setup and seems to be doing a brilliant job. Performance has been smooth, the system feels fast, and everything just feels so much better than I expected.
The build also looks clean inside the case, and it feels like a proper gaming desktop rather than something thrown together. It is quiet, powerful, and handles the games I play really well. I am very happy I finally made the jump from a gaming laptop to a desktop. I honestly do not know why I did not do it years ago 🙂

I think 4 stars is not on merit but the computer is super ok.
The customer service is slow and unresponsive having to chase day by day..
