M.2 PCIe network card featuring the Intel® I225-V-chip, offering multi-gigabit speeds with support for NBASE-T
This 2.5 GbE M.2 Network Interface Card (NIC) features an Intel I225-V chipset with Intel vPro® technology, for enhanced performance and data integrity. Variable multispeed options (2.5/1Gbps and 100/10Mbps) enable support of new and legacy network hardware. Leverage existing Cat5e or CAT6 cabling infrastructure while adding 2.5GBASE-T (802.3bz) compatibility for seamless integration.
Increased Network Speed
The PCIe network card takes advantage of Intel vPro® technology for remote management and troubleshooting capabilities. Improve bandwidth for data-intensive applications, network sharing, FTPs, online or local storage/backup, and online content streaming or uploading while reducing network slowdowns. Access up to 2.5GBASE-T speeds using Cat5e (or better) cabling, to maximize existing networks and equipment.
Enhance Existing Hardware
The network adapter card connects to an available M.2 2280 PCIe slot (B or M key compatible). Standard and low-profile brackets and a 2ft (60cm) Cat6 adapter cable are included for versatile installation. Compatible with Windows, and Linux.
Advanced Features
This Ethernet card supports the following advanced features: PXE Boot, Wake-on-Lan (WoL), VLAN tagging, 9K jumbo frame, half-duplex, auto-negotiation, and Error Correcting Memory (ECC) for optimal network functionality.
