Our Direct Protect Support Package ensures that your PC and/or laptop runs efficiently and any software issues are cared for.
This support package includes:
- Free recovery/OS branded USB to post out to you when needed.
- Free phone support and assistance.
- Remote assistance for software issues.
- Running slow issues/diagnostics.
- Help configure, update and keep your PC and/or laptop maintained when needed.
- 3x 30 minutes of support hours a month.
All hardware issues are covered under warranty. All software issues aren't covered under warranty. We can offer assistance in upgrades to Windows 11, fresh reinstalls and any other software/game issues per 1 device.

- Monthly subscription no commitment on direct debt for £29.99 a month. Paid monthly.
- Yearly paid upfront for 12 months £6.99 (£83.88 a year)

Used Products: All our used products come with 1 years warranty provided by us and some products may have manufaturer warranty.
Refurbished Products: With our refurbished products, we offer a free 3-month warranty which covers all software and hardware issues, that have not been influenced by the customer. There is also Manufactured Refurbished products which they will specify how long their warranty is.
Custom Gaming PCs: All our Custom PCs by default come with 3 years warranty. This includes parts and labour. You can also upgrade to 5 years warranty. Our warranty includes all hardware issues relating to the machine. If there is any faults, we will attempt to solve this remotely and if needed get the PC collected and back to base for repair.
