Phanteks EX5 Midi Tower Black

Defined by form, driven by flow and divided for precision
Phanteks introduces the EX5; the new chassis is designed with a compartmentalized structure. This layout organizes key components into dedicated chambers, ensuring each receives a direct flow of fresh air.

The EX5 moves away from the traditional boxy, ‘fish tank’ look and presents a bold, creative way to showcase a PC build. The unique layout optimizes cooling efficiency by directing fresh air precisely where it’s needed and expelling heat more effectively. This effective airflow design reduces reliance on excessive fan setups, allowing builders to achieve excellent thermals with fewer fans.

Direct Fresh Air Cooling
- A unique compartmentalized design provides direct fresh air intake.
- Optimized airflow paths reduce heat buildup inside the chassis.
- Built to unlock maximum hardware performance.
- Includes pre-installed S25-120 mm mainboard rear fan.

Focused Airflow Design
- Fresh air flows directly across the motherboard and surrounding components.
- Helps cool the CPU socket area, VRMs, memory, and M.2 SSDs.
- Works together with GPU airflow to efficiently remove heat from the chassis.

Precision Crafted
- High-quality materials and refined finish.
- Covered AIO tubes routed through the inside of the chassis.
- Reinforced mainboard spine adds structural rigidity.
- Velcro cable management system for easy cable routing.
- High-speed Type-C (20Gbps) and dual USB 3.0 ports.

Integrated Lighting
- A smooth and diffuse ARGB line runs from the top to the bottom of the EX5 chassis.
- Integrated ARGB lighting highlights the PSU cover.
- Take your ARGB lighting further with the NexLinq Hub, available separately for advanced customization and full lighting control.
To operate the ARGB lighting, it must be connected to a Phanteks controller or an ARGB-equipped mainboard. We strive to make it as easy to use and compatible as possible.

Showcase Your GPU
- A tempered glass GPU window puts your graphics card on display.
- Supports graphics cards up to 3.6 PCIe slots.
- 73 mm maximum thickness

Integrated GPU support bracket securely holds and stabilizes the graphics card.
