Gaming Optimisation

Get more from your gaming PC with expert help configuring your system and favourite games for the best experience.

£48 / one-hour session

Make every setting count

Getting the best experience from a gaming PC isn't just about having powerful hardware. Windows settings, graphics drivers and in-game options can all affect how your games look and perform.

Our technicians will remotely review your setup and help configure your PC around the games you play and what matters most to you, whether that's smoother gameplay, higher frame rates or improved visual quality.

What's included?

Windows Gaming Settings

Review relevant Windows settings and gaming features to help your system run games as smoothly as possible.

Graphics Driver & Control Panel Configuration

Check your graphics drivers and review relevant NVIDIA, AMD or Intel graphics settings.

Optimisation for Up to Three Games

Review and adjust graphics settings in up to three games during your session, depending on their complexity and the time required.

Graphics & Performance Settings

Review resolution, refresh rate, frame-rate limits, V-Sync and other relevant settings to suit your display and preferences.

DLSS, FSR & Frame Generation

Where supported, review upscaling and frame-generation options to help balance performance, responsiveness and image quality.

Performance Checks & Recommendations

Carry out basic performance checks where practical and explain any further software or configuration improvements that may help.

Optimised around you

Every gamer has different priorities. We'll tailor the settings to your preferences rather than applying the same configuration to every PC.

Higher FPS

Focus on performance and smoother gameplay where your hardware allows.

Better Visual Quality

Balance image quality and performance for a sharper, more immersive experience.

The Best of Both

Find a balance between visual quality, responsiveness and frame rate.
