I’m really happy with this PC bundle! It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. The system runs Minecraft Java Edition perfectly — fast, quiet, and smooth, even with mods. The monitor is clear, and the lights on the case and keyboard look amazing.

Super happy with this computer, honestly it felt like such a treat opening it up. The bundle is amazing value, everything looks and works perfectly, and it was packaged so carefully. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to make an exception here. From my initial query through to purchase and delivery, the service has been fantastic, and I’m very pleased with my custom rig. There was a slight hiccup due to a miscommunication on requirements, and a minor issue on delivery caused by a power cable coming loose in transit — but both were resolved swiftly and professionally. Special kudos to George, whose helpful guidance over a video call quickly identified and fixed the loose connection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout. It’s rare I find a company truly deserving of a top-mark review, but this is one of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll be a returning customer when the need arises.
I had been phoning around a few places requiring a specific build. Direct Computers were the most helpful and willing to spend time on the phone explaining how my requirements would be met. In the timescale promised I received a well packed, fully functional PC. It is fast, quiet and great value for money. Overall though it is the customer service that would have me returning more than the price. It is a service worth paying for. To the team there, keep up the good work.
Great computer
I bought the computer for my son young adult with ASD. Direct Computers were great responding to additional questions and updating on delivery dates which helped with the anxiety my son was feeling about this new purchase.
Changed some small things before ordering, really easy to do. PC does everything I want to so far and feels like a big step up from my console. Would definitely recommend.
