Works very well straight out of the box...
This is the first time I have bought a gaming pc, so decided to upgrade a lot of the components to future proof it, after doing tons research. I was pretty excited about receiving it and ive had if for a well and all i’ll say is, its way beyond what I expected, and runs so well on even some demanding games. I'd definitely recommend Direct computers to anyone to look into getting into PC Gaming. If I ever need to upgrade anything, I'd definitely be going to Direct Computers.

Great board great price
I’ve looked at a a few PC gaming sites so why did I pick this site reviews? I picked this because the reviews were absolutely fantastic and I felt confident that I would find what I wanted there.
So let’s talk about Joshua In sales I sent to my message on his website asking I was interested in this particular model and I was thinking of another one too. He recommended the one I’m using is a bit cheaper but it’s a lot better. Some of the components were better.
I asked if I could add more Rams to the computer and some more storage and he had no problem whatsoever so after I bought it, I did that onto it. It’s really good that you can actually add more whenever you feel like it.
You can also pick what do you want it sent a time scale so that’s your choice again

This Company go above and beyond a normal company the communications were always there very quick replies and I’ve got the PC that I wanted
It arrived on time. I just had a couple of minor problems again one email to the Company Joshua got it in hand. I was contacted by there specialist for computers. He looked at it found out what the problem navigated me on how to fix it I was a bit nervous but I got it done fantastic absolutely fantastic
Got in touch with him later he took control of my PC. It was amazing watching someone going round your hardware finding upgrades. I hadn’t done. as I not really knowledgeable yet
Astonishing again above and beyond as I keep saying he didn’t have to do it at 5 pm as he finishes but he stayed on. I was quite happy to wait till the following morning and he said no let’s get it done now. I’m here.
I got another message this morning asking me was everything okay? Is it working? Okay?
That’s the kind of company you’re dealing with customers come first and you can see that I’m very happy. I’m always use them again.
So thank you both Joshua’s for giving me confidence. I’m very very happy with the product. My games are running smoothly. The PC is so quiet and it’s stunning to Look at very much an eye catcherIf I want to upgrades in the future that’s available it’s got everything at your doorstep. I do recommend them. I’ve got nothing but praise for them.

Overall I would recommend direct computer. The replacement dell battery worked great with no issues. May I suggest you pass on the delivery tracking information as it would of saved a bit of time. Thank you.
Great customer service kept me up to date all great pc for the price

I was pretty excited about receiving it as I was eager to get it set up, and start playing! All I can say is, my pc is beyond what I expected, and runs smoother than my face when I'm clean shaven! Apart of me wished I popped into Direct Computers in person to discuss what I wanted! I'd highly recommend DC to anyone, as they take care of all your needs. If I ever need to upgrade, I'd definitely be coming back to DC without hesitation.

This is the first time I have used this company and I would definitely recommend them. Josh talked me through the various options and I am delighted with my new PC. He also identified the fault with my old PC and advised me on what to do. I also had the benefit of a home visit as some tweaks were needed. Very pleased with this machine. Fast and reliable. Good firm to do business with. A couple of days late with delivery due to a network outage, but compensated me with a free hard drive. Good technical support too.

Like a lot of people I was forced by Microsoft to get a new Windows 11 pc.
I visited many sites and stumbled upon Direct Computers, their website was easy to use and being able to configure the pc to my requirements was simple. Delivery was great, set up easy and I am absolutely delighted with the pc, monitor and keyborard and mouse.
Definitely go back to them in future. Very helpful, kept me well informed of progress and support all terrific
This machine fired up straight out of the box with no issues other than that the requested CD/DVD/RW drive was missing. This was explained and a new drive arrived within 2 days. I fitted this without any issues so a little PC knowledge came in handy. Superb machine which I am still having some software issues with, but that is not a reflection of the machine itself or the quality of product from Direct Computers. With all the spare screws and patch cords they sent me I managed to add a hard drive to an old PC which only had a small SSD. Overall, I am delighted with my new Windows 11 powerhouse.

Bought this as a replacement for an out of date Windows 10 PC. Great customer service in sorting out a few minor teething problems. Overall, very happy with the new box and would highly recommend Direct Computers.

Quick rewponse on the site resulted in me purchasing a Respawn unit. They even allowed me to collect the PC on a Saturday when they are usually closed. Very happy with the service and I will be using again in the future
I’m really happy with this PC bundle! It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. The system runs Minecraft Java Edition perfectly — fast, quiet, and smooth, even with mods. The monitor is clear, and the lights on the case and keyboard look amazing.

My pc arrived faster than I was expecting. I had called customer support a few days after I placed my order just to ask a few questions and the response was perfect, she was polite and very helpful, all my questions were answered.
