All returns must be preceded by clear photographs displaying the item in its original packaging, clearly showing how it has been packed. If the item has been removed from its original packaging, you must upload several clear photographs displaying the state of the hardware.

PLEASE NOTE: If you no longer your original packaging then please use a double corrugated, strong cardboard box with high-quality bubblewrap (with large bubbles) and extra cardboard and internal padding. Your item should not be able to move in it's box.

Items/Components damaged in transit will be returned to you in the state they were in upon receipt at Direct Computers’ workshop.
