I recently bought the Nitro bundle from Direct Computers as a first gaming PC for myself and my daughters. Having been a console gamer most of my life, this whole experience was completely new to me.

The PC arrived well packaged and the setup was really straightforward.

After shopping around and comparing other retailers, DC offered the best value by far.

I ordered during the Christmas break and once DC reopened in the new year, their communication was spot on. Very friendly and efficient, with everything sent as they had communicated.

Overall, a great experience and I’d happily recommend Direct Computers to anyone looking for a prebuilt gaming PC.

Very fast if you just need a producted key it's perfect and cheap

Direct computers have been absolutely amazing to communicate with, however it is a shame they use DPD because since the 29th December i have yet to still receive my PC, As this is a DPD issue my rating is still 5 stars but just can not comment on a review for the pc yet as still not got it.

Bought this for myself to upgrade. Was very very good! Packed really well and deliver within a week. Very quiet and all my games run easily with very good fps. They were also very quick to back In touch with any issues. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service easy website to work with and section to upgrade how you please which was incredible for a first time buyer also any query,question and worrys I had they were extremely fast at replying and even over the Christmas period received updates daily.

Packaging was also good just remove turn on and your on.

Only this that is bad is delivery they gave multiple different dates it would be delivered but in the end extremely happy with my purchase

Great case for a decent price

Arrived in a timely manner ready with other components for my mother-in-laws computer upgrade that we're doing as a surprise.

Item as described in title however needs lots more info in description plus also lacking an image which is lazy. Item also over priced for what it is thats why knocked down a star in rating

We all know what a busy time Christmas is but when my old PC failed and I needed a new one quickly DirectComputers came to the rescue.

The ch160 is a very good case, it has good enough room to fit your hardware, the temps are great for an ITX Build.

Great board great price

I’ve looked at a a few PC gaming sites so why did I pick this site reviews? I picked this because the reviews were absolutely fantastic and I felt confident that I would find what I wanted there.
So let’s talk about Joshua In sales I sent to my message on his website asking I was interested in this particular model and I was thinking of another one too. He recommended the one I’m using is a bit cheaper but it’s a lot better. Some of the components were better.
I asked if I could add more Rams to the computer and some more storage and he had no problem whatsoever so after I bought it, I did that onto it. It’s really good that you can actually add more whenever you feel like it.
You can also pick what do you want it sent a time scale so that’s your choice again
What a great company and the reviews from other people was so true

This Company go above and beyond a normal company the communications were always there very quick replies and I’ve got the PC that I wanted
It arrived on time. I just had a couple of minor problems again one email to the Company Joshua got it in hand. I was contacted by there specialist for computers. He looked at it found out what the problem navigated me on how to fix it I was a bit nervous but I got it done fantastic absolutely fantastic
Got in touch with him later he took control of my PC. It was amazing watching someone going round your hardware finding upgrades. I hadn’t done. as I not really knowledgeable yet
Astonishing again above and beyond as I keep saying he didn’t have to do it at 5 pm as he finishes but he stayed on. I was quite happy to wait till the following morning and he said no let’s get it done now. I’m here.
I got another message this morning asking me was everything okay? Is it working? Okay?
That’s the kind of company you’re dealing with customers come first and you can see that I’m very happy. I’m always use them again.

So thank you both Joshua’s for giving me confidence. I’m very very happy with the product. My games are running smoothly. The PC is so quiet and it’s stunning to Look at very much an eye catcherIf I want to upgrades in the future that’s available it’s got everything at your doorstep. I do recommend them. I’ve got nothing but praise for them.

Overall I would recommend direct computer. The replacement dell battery worked great with no issues. May I suggest you pass on the delivery tracking information as it would of saved a bit of time. Thank you.
