Our technicians will remotely review your setup and help configure your PC around the games you play and what matters most to you, whether that's smoother gameplay, higher frame rates or improved visual quality.

Review relevant Windows settings and gaming features to help your system run games as smoothly as possible.

Graphics Driver & Control Panel Configuration

Check your graphics drivers and review relevant NVIDIA, AMD or Intel graphics settings.

Optimisation for Up to Three Games

Review and adjust graphics settings in up to three games during your session, depending on their complexity and the time required.

Graphics & Performance Settings

Review resolution, refresh rate, frame-rate limits, V-Sync and other relevant settings to suit your display and preferences.

DLSS, FSR & Frame Generation

Where supported, review upscaling and frame-generation options to help balance performance, responsiveness and image quality.

2. Tell us what you play

Let us know your PC specifications, the games you want optimised and whether you prioritise FPS, visuals or a balance of both.

3. Connect with our technician

We'll arrange a convenient appointment and remotely access your PC with your permission.

4. Get gaming

We'll review the changes with you and explain any further recommendations.

Important information

  • Includes one hour of remote gaming optimisation.
  • Up to three games can be covered per session, subject to their complexity and the time available.
  • Your PC must have a working internet connection and support remote access.
  • Please ensure the games you want optimised are installed and updated before your appointment.
  • Performance improvements cannot be guaranteed and depend on your hardware, software, game and existing configuration.
  • Hardware repairs, component upgrades and physical servicing are not included.
  • Additional support can be booked at our standard rate of £48 per hour, subject to agreement.
