All returns must be preceded by clear photographs displaying the item in its original packaging, clearly showing how it has been packed. These will be assessed by our Shipping Team prior to Collection being arranged. If the item has been removed from its original packaging, you must upload several clear photographs displaying the state of the hardware prior to Collection, and then return the item to its original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: If you no longer your original packaging then please use a double corrugated, strong cardboard box with high-quality bubblewrap (with large bubbles) and extra cardboard and internal padding. Your item should not be able to move in it's box. Your item may not be covered by our insurance if not packed according to these guidelines.

Please note that you will be liable for any damage incurred in transit if your item is not packaged adequately. Items/Components damaged in transit will be returned to you in the state they were in upon receipt at Direct Computers’ workshop. It is therefore very important to ensure that your packaging meets with our minimum criteria.

PLEASE NOTE: As we utilise a third-party Courier Service, Direct Computers does not have control over the time of collection and cannot guarantee that special instructions to the courier will be followed. However, tracking information will be made available to the customer.
