How it works

    Our buying team will get back to you if interested and with a price.

  • Agree on price

    Once a price is agreed by both parties, fill in and sign the Confirmation Form that we email to you.

  • Ship to us

    You can either send your items to us or we can arrange collection.See terms and conditions.

  • Testing and Payment

    Once we've tested your equipment, we will confirm this with you and sign our side of the Confirmation Form. We will arrange payment within 30 days of testing the item(s).

As much as we'd like to reply back to every request and we try our very best, we don't always have time to reply to everyone. If you haven't heard back from us within 7 working days it's most likely we are currently overstocked and cannot proceed with the sale/trade. We will contact you in the future if we can.

Sell/Trade T&Cs

1. Condition of Items

Items sent to us for sell/trade-in must be in the condition as described by the seller. Any discrepancies in the condition of the item may result in adjustment of the offer or the item being returned to the seller at their expense.

2. Incorrect

If the item that arrives with us does not match the description provided in the Sell/Trade form, we reserve the right to return the item to the seller at their expense.

3. Damage in Transit 

If the item(s) are damaged in transit to us and collection had not been arranged by us, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and return the item to the seller at their expense.

4. Insurance and Collection  

If we arrange collection of the item, it will be under our insurance coverage. However, we require photos to be taken before and after packaging prior to the item’s collection for insurance purposes. Packaging must be adequate and comparable to the item’s original packaging.

5. Payment and Testing  

Payments for items will be made after all testing is complete. Payments will be made within 30 days if the item is in satisfactory condition.   

A form with all necessary details must be filled out, signed and submitted prior to shipping the item to us.  

6. Collection Methods 

We arrange collections via DPD, DHL, or Special Courier.

7. In-Office Drop-Off 

If you wish to visit our office to drop off the product(s) for sell/trade-in, this can be arranged. However, please note that your items may not be looked at right away.

8. Supporting Documents 

Supporting documents such as receipts or proof of purchase will be required.

8. Authorization to Sell

By engaging in sell/trade-in transactions with us, you affirm that you are fully authorized to sell these items on behalf of a company. We only accept sales offers from registered organisations, and do not accept sales offers from individuals.
