We've now released our remote support application in conjunction with SimpleHelp to provide individuals and businesses the support they need. Providing remote support has a lot of features that can prove to be extremely useful. Not only can we access your device from a long distance away, you can easily leave it with us and get on with your other commitments. In terms of businesses it allows us to monitor all the devices in a certain location and access them at anytime if we need to. We plan on making everything easier for the client in mind. At set monthly or annual prices businesses can easily manage their payments, while bound to a contract with us that states the support we offer them. For individuals all it requires is a one off payment for the hours taken to solve the issue.
Level 1 is a pay as you go package for customers wanting to receive remote support as a one off payment of £30/h normal hours £60/h out of hours. Mon-Fri 9.00AM – 5.00PM.
Level 2 is for customers who pay monthly or annually and they will receive Remote Support Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Additional out of hours support will be charged extra.
Level 3 will be for customers who pay monthly or annually and will receive Remote Support Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. They will also have access to out of hours Remote Support.
